Automatic Continuous Production
Advanced automated production lines ensure consistent panel quality.

The cold storage is mainly composed of a refrigeration system, a thermal insulation system, and a control system. Among them, the cold storage enclosure system is the main component of the cold storage, and the main product is the energy-saving cold storage panels. The quality of its materials determines the safety of cold storage buildings and the effect of thermal insulation and energy saving. MasterCard has been focusing on the business of energy-saving thermal insulation materials for cold storage enclosure systems for many years, and provides customers with complete solutions from processing to warehousing through the new generation of polyurethane PIR pentane B1 core material formulation and scientific node design.
PU/PIR Sandwich Panels for Cold Room Partition Walls are designed for cold storage enclosures, refrigerated warehouses, food processing facilities, and other temperature-controlled environments. The panels combine color-coated steel or stainless steel facings with a high-performance PU/PIR rigid foam core, providing excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, airtightness, and durability.
Available in widths of 930–1130 mm, core thicknesses of 40–300 mm, and lengths up to 26 m, the panels can meet different cold room construction requirements. The PU/PIR core features B1 fire rating, a closed-cell rate ≥90%, water absorption ≤3%, and thermal conductivity of approximately 0.018–0.024 W/(m·K), helping reduce heat loss and improve refrigeration efficiency.

PU/PIR cold room panels provide reliable insulation and enclosure performance for low-temperature applications. Their prefabricated structure also helps improve installation efficiency and maintain stable cold storage conditions.
