Description
The PIR Sandwich Panel for Cold Room System is designed for walk-in cold rooms, freezers, refrigerated warehouses, and other temperature-controlled environments. It combines durable steel facings with a high-performance PIR insulation core to provide excellent thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and reliable structural stability.
With a closed-cell rate of ≥90%, moisture absorption ≤3%, and thermal conductivity ≤0.020, the panel helps reduce heat transfer and maintain stable indoor temperatures, improving the energy efficiency of cold storage systems. The PIR core also offers B1 fire-resistant performance, providing enhanced safety for cold room applications.
The panel is available with 0.4–0.6 mm steel facings, 30–300 mm core thickness, 40–50 kg/m³ core density, and effective widths of 930 mm or 1000 mm. Panel length and color can be customized according to project requirements. Its prefabricated design allows fast installation, good dimensional stability, and convenient on-site construction.
