Solar modules can be fixed directly to the specially formed roof profile without additional support keels or self-tapping screws penetrating the main roof surface, helping maintain waterproofing and thermal-insulation performance.
Description
The photovoltaic roof integrated panel combines profiled steel facings, a rock-wool and rigid polyurethane composite insulation core, concealed fixing and a photovoltaic mounting interface in one factory-produced roofing component. It is designed for industrial and commercial buildings that require roof insulation, weather protection and solar-power installation in a coordinated system.
The outer profile uses large wave crests and reinforcing ribs to improve panel rigidity and increase the load-bearing capacity of the completed roof. The specially shaped wave crest can connect directly with photovoltaic fasteners, allowing solar modules to be installed without drilling through the main roof panel.
A 360-degree locking joint, concealed-fastener structure and factory-applied adhesive help improve joint tightness, waterproofing and anti-condensation performance. Standardized panels and accessories also simplify on-site installation and support recyclable building construction.
The standard reference panel has an effective width of 910 mm, a thickness of 75 mm, and available lengths from 2,000 to 15,000 mm. Different steel-sheet coatings can be selected according to the project environment and durability requirements.
