PIR/PUR Insulated Roof Sandwich Panel
Qingdao Yunda PIR/PUR insulated roof sandwich panels combine profiled galvanized steel facings with a high-performance rigid PIR insulation core. They provide excellent thermal insulation, reliable roof strength, enhanced fire performance and efficient installation for industrial, commercial, agricultural and prefabricated buildings.
Description
Qingdao Yunda PIR/PUR insulated roof sandwich panels integrate an exterior roofing surface, thermal insulation layer and interior ceiling finish into one prefabricated building component. The rigid closed-cell PIR foam core provides efficient thermal insulation, while the profiled galvanized steel facings improve panel stiffness, durability and weather resistance.
The external steel facing features a trapezoidal roof profile that helps increase structural rigidity and supports effective rainwater drainage. Internal facings are available with linear, grooved or smooth profiles, allowing the panel appearance to be selected according to different architectural and interior requirements.
A factory-installed polyurethane gasket and aluminium sealing tape run along the panel core to improve joint airtightness and weather protection. The panels are mechanically fixed to the building structure with steel fasteners, supporting fast, accurate and reliable roof installation.
The panels are suitable for industrial buildings, warehouses, logistics centres, commercial facilities, offices, food-processing plants, agricultural buildings and sports halls. Available panel thicknesses range from 40 to 160 mm, with lengths up to 16,000 mm, enabling the roofing system to be adapted to different thermal and structural requirements.
