PU Foam Core Sandwich Panels deliver reliable thermal insulation and structural performance for industrial buildings, cold storage facilities, and prefabricated structures. The polyurethane (PU) foam core provides a thermal conductivity of λ = 0.024 W/(m·K), combining low weight with excellent insulation efficiency.
Available in standard thicknesses of 50 / 75 / 100 / 150 / 200 mm, each panel features a 0.5 mm PPGL steel facing on both surfaces, with optional stainless steel 304 inner facing for food-grade or cleanroom applications.
