PIR PUR PU Polyurethane Insulated Wall Sandwich Panels
Adopt the new generation PU PIR Pentane-blown B1 foam as the rigid core material, Wiskind produces the PIR PUR PU Polyurethane Insulated Wall Sandwich Panels(COLORGEM®) which boasts excellent heat insulation and fireproof performances.
Ultra-high temperature stability and fire rating, zero Freon emissions, energy saving and eco-friendly, thus able to be widely used in industrial building and cold storage projects.
Description
Qingdao Yunda PIR/PUR/PU polyurethane insulated wall sandwich panels are manufactured with coated steel facings and a high-performance rigid polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam core. The low thermal conductivity of the insulation core helps reduce heat transfer, improve indoor temperature stability and lower building energy consumption.
The panels use a concealed male-female interlocking joint that improves connection strength, airtightness and overall façade appearance. Multiple surface textures, including flat, straight bead and micro-ripple finishes, are available for different industrial and architectural design requirements.
With lightweight construction, reliable mechanical strength, efficient thermal insulation and convenient installation, these panels are suitable for industrial factories, warehouses, logistics centers, commercial buildings, prefabricated structures and temperature-controlled facilities. Panel thickness, length, width, coating and color can be customized according to project requirements.

Product Features
The PIR/PUR/PU insulated wall panel combines durable metal facings with a rigid closed-cell foam core, providing excellent thermal insulation and stable long-term performance. Its carefully designed interlocking joint reduces air leakage and heat loss while improving installation accuracy and structural reliability. The lightweight panel system also helps reduce structural load and shorten construction time.
